This place has quickly become my go-to coffee shop. I’ve been searching for a spot in the area that offers a warm atmosphere, great coffee, friendly service, and a productive space to work and 113 exceeds that.

Open early-ish at 7am, this turned out to be an ideal stop for my first coffee of the day and a welcome way to avoid the Green Siren people and the other big chains. There is something satisfying about starting the morning in a place that feels local and intentional rather than corporate, and this shop fit that mood perfectly.

This place is exactly what I needed right in downtown! My husband and I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee and a Chai Latte which was incredible. It tastes authentic and you don’t taste all those artificial sweeteners as you would in regular coffee shops. We also ordered guava pastries and they were amazing! The atmosphere is so modern/simple/chic. Great service and will be going here more often! 10/10

The coffee and atmosphere are unmatched. Do yourself favor and get whatever their weekly special is, you can’t go wrong. I hosted a bridal shower at OneThirteen yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. The space is so beautifully decorated and arranged that I didn’t have to add much to it. I cannot recommend OneThirteen enough whether it is just to grab a quick cup of coffee, have a meeting place with friends, or to hold an event.

Adorable coffee shop! Has a very peaceful atmosphere and has several gluten-free options. Chicken salad sandwich I got on the gluten-free bagel was delicious. Latte that was very good as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful coffee shop. The interior is so cute, the service is very friendly, and the drinks and food were delicious! A great spot to catch up with a friend or get some work done. Some GF pastries are available and dairy free milks for drinks.

Vibe is excellent, location is beautiful coffee is the reason to keep coming back. Camryn was working and my wife wanted a London Fog, they didn’t have it on the menu but had everything to make it and she made a delicious drink for her to enjoy. It’s worth the visit, perfect coffee shop for our downtown waterfront city.

One Thirteen Coffeehouse is an absolute gem. The coffee was really good, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was delicious. The vibes are incredibly relaxing—I honestly felt like I was in a spa, but inside a coffeehouse.
